in and around the house 

 

• Checking running water, all taps and flushing toilets 

• Checking the electricity, sometimes it is unjustly disconnected 

• Checking any (storm/water) damage to your home 

• Checking all hinges and locks and the alarm system if present 

• Checking for any traces of burglary 

• Collecting your mail and, if desired, forwarding it to your home address or by e-mail 

• Sweeping terrace(s) (Max. 40m²)

• Checking and preventing vermin
