The full Silver contract with our « Meet & Greet » as an extra.

Our Meet & Greet service includes:

​

• We will send your guests a welcome email with our contact details and directions. 

• We agree on a location and time with them to avoid problems locating the property.

• Once in the holiday home, we show the guests around, inform them about the facilities and give instructions where necessary. 

• After the departure of the guests, we collect the keys and inspect the house for any damage. 

• If defects are found in the house, we will make a report with photos. We contact you to look for a suitable solution.

PRICE for this subscription

230€ per month

(to be paid annually at the start of the subscription)

Meet & Greet: 75€/rental

(Monthly settlement) 

 This price is for apartments and townhouses up to 3 rooms with a terras of max. 40m², for larger apartments and houses the price is after consultation.
