Various extras

• Extra check after heavy weather!! 

• 10 x Full House Cleaning + washing and ironing of towels and sheets (if needed more than 10 times = extra 100€ for 1 rooms house, 125€ for 2 room house, 160€ for 3 rooms ) 

• Carrying out small jobs (max. 2 hours of work and 1 time per month) - larger jobs and/or several jobs per month are charged extra at € 35 per hour worked, these can be agreed in advance.

• Shopping and restocking the fridge before your arrival if you e-mail your shopping list at least 48 hours in advance (these goods must be paid separately and on site)

PRICE for this subscription 

230€ per month

This price is for apartments and townhouses up to 3 rooms with a terras of max. 40m², for larger apartments and houses the price is after consultation. 

(to be paid annually at the start of the subscription)
